The mod Super Loot alters many aspects of resource gathering in Minecraft PE. To maintain balance, adjustments have also been made to mob behaviors. This primarily means that hostile mobs have had their damage output or health reduced. A more detailed list of these changes can be found further down this page.
New Drops/Behavior
Drops are items that mobs yield upon being defeated in MCPE. The drop rates have been increased for most mobs in the game. However, mob behaviors have also been modified to balance the loot and the difficulty of defeating them. For instance, spiders in the world of Minecraft PE now have a chance to drop enchanted items.
All Changes
- Skeletons now function similarly to luck blocks. They can still attack and have increased health.
- Zombies are faster, stronger, and deal more damage, but they drop very valuable items.
- Spiders are extremely powerful and can kill a player in one hit. However, they have a chance to drop enchanted items upon death.
- Endermen have a 5% chance to drop an enchanted book.
- Snow golems and iron golems have seen a significant increase in health.
- The Wither and the dragon have also received more health, and the dragon’s fireball has been replaced with a regular fireball.
- Most naturally generated chests now contain more items.
- Shulkers attack mobs, and their health and damage have been increased. They no longer inflict levitation but now apply slowness instead.
- Eggs summon lightning upon impact.
- Experience bottles have received a substantial buff.
- Snowballs deal more damage.
- Villagers have more health and offer more items for trade.
- Horses are faster, have more health, and can jump higher.
- Wolves have gained divine strength, boasting 15 times more health, 10 times more damage, and the ability to attack from 6 blocks away. They are also faster. However, you can no longer tame them with bones; instead, you will need rotten flesh, which is a rare drop from zombies. They can be healed with enchanted apples and can only breed with diamonds and rotten flesh.
- Players have double health and can hold their breath longer underwater.
