Do you wish to explore the vastness of space within the world of Minecraft Pocket Edition? The mod titled Spaceship introduces a spacecraft into the game, and if everything goes as planned, the next update will also feature space travel in MCPE. It bears a resemblance to the Black Hawk and War Plane, but it is distinctly a spaceship and comes with additional items, such as a space suit that replaces the iron armor in Minecraft PE.

How to Control the Spaceship?

The Blaze has been replaced by the spaceship. You can either venture into the Nether to locate the spaceship or simply create it using a Blaze spawn egg. The iron armor in MCPE has been swapped for the space suit. While the suit does not grant any new abilities, it is perfect for space exploration.

Windows 10: Right-click on the spaceship.

While you cannot yet travel to the moon, there are rumors that in the future, you will have the opportunity to journey into space, as a special map is planned for this purpose. For now, I recommend using the mod with the Moonscape map.

Throw some eggs onto the spaceship to launch it in the world of Minecraft PE. It will remain airborne for about a minute before needing to refuel with rocket fuel (eggs).

Hold the key (carrot on a stick) to steer the ship’s direction.

Installing Spaceship (.mcpack)

Download the mod labeled as .mcpack below.
Run the downloaded file to import the add-on/texture into MCPE.
Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to world settings.
Set the imported:
— Resource Packs.
— Add-ons.
Select the imported resource/add-on packs in each section.
It is recommended to restart the game client Minecraft PE afterward.
Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the add-on!

Installing Spaceship (.zip)

Download the mod below.
Extract the two folders from the archive.
Move the folder Spaceship_Behavior to the folder /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/
Move the folder Spaceship_Resource to the folder /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/
Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
Create a new world or edit an existing one.
Set the selected world with the resource pack and add-on that you previously moved to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders.
Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy the game!
