Scarecrow is an excellent solution for keeping unwanted monsters or animals away from specific areas. The mod “Scarecow (Scarecrow)” alters the behavior of armor stands in the Minecraft PE world to introduce this new feature. One type of scarecrow is designed to deter rabbits from your carrot farm, while another can be used to keep hostile monsters away from your property in MCPE.
How Does It Work?
Scarecrow Against Rabbits: Keep your garden safe from those pesky rabbits that munch on your carrots in Minecraft PE. As soon as they spot the scarecrow, they will start to flee. Equip the armor stand with the following items:
- Pumpkin
- Leather Chestplate
- Leather Leggings
Scarecrow Against Monsters: This is a fantastic way to ensure that neither skeletons, zombies, nor zombie villagers come near your home. Equip the armor stand with the following items:
- Pumpkin
- Iron Chestplate
- Iron Leggings
- Iron Boots
- Iron Sword
More scarecrows will be added in the future!
Installing Scarecow (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Add-on Packs for the world. - Select the imported resource packs/addons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
Installing Scarecow (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the folder “Scarecrow_v1.0.1_by_CaboRambo” from the archive.
- Move the folder “Scarecrow_v1.0.1_by_CaboRambo” to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ folder.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Set the selected world to use the addon you previously moved to the behavior_packs folder.
- Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your game!
