The mod «Salt V1 (Salt)» introduces a new item—salt—into Minecraft. It comes in various forms: food, ore, blocks, and powder. Each type serves a specific purpose.
Here are the commands that introduce various objects. The commands shown in the image above add one item at a time. If you prefer not to enter each command manually, you can use the command below. It will add everything at once.
Salt Ore
When you break down salt ore, you will obtain salt crumbs. These are only useful for crafting and have no other purposes.
It is at this stage that the crumbs become useful. We will use them to create salt.
Another method to obtain salt is through salt blocks.
Cooking with salt is quite flexible. The placement of salt in the grid doesn’t matter; you can put it in any slot, and the food will still become salty.
Not all items in Minecraft can be combined with salt. Here’s a list of those that can:
- Cooked beef.
- Cooked chicken.
- Boiled pork.
- Boiled salmon.
- Boiled lamb.
- Boiled rabbit.
- Potatoes.
- Stewed mushrooms.
- Stewed rabbit meat.
- Boiled fish.
New foods:
- Boiled egg.
- Boiled meat.
- Boiled bacon.
- Boiled squid.
