The developers have set out to make the smelting of metals from ores more complex – the Raw Metals Concept emerges from snapshot 21w14a of the Java edition of the game. The creator has brought this idea to Minecraft PE.
How the Raw Metals Concept Mod Works
Standard ore blocks will act as a “starting point” in Minecraft Bedrock Edition for acquiring materials. From these, raw metal can be extracted.
Please note that mining ore blocks will yield a limited amount of raw material. The Fortune enchantment does not apply in this case.
Only after that, everything is sent to the MCPE furnace, where you will obtain ingots.
Currently, the Raw Metals Concept modification features three types of resources – copper, gold, and iron.
Unfortunately, there is a bug in the mod, and whether to use it or not is a matter of personal choice. If you place an ore block into a furnace in Minecraft BE, you will still receive an ingot. Enjoy your game!
Installing Raw Metals Concept (.mcaddon)
- Download the mod marked with — “.mcaddon” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into Minecraft.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to world settings.
- Set the imported options for the world:
— Resource Packs.
— Add-on Packs. - Select the imported resource packs/add-ons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world Minecraft, and enjoy the addon!
