The creator of the Overdead mod has made slight adjustments to the characteristics of certain monsters in Minecraft for Android. With this modification, mobs will become more authentic and engaging within the blocky universe.
Benefits of the Overdead Mod
This modification is highly compatible with other add-ons for Minecraft, except those that affect vanilla monsters. Here’s what this mod does in MCPE:
- Some mobs no longer spawn in the regular world
- You can encounter zombies even during the day
- Drowned and skeletons do not burn under sunlight anymore
- At night, monsters will appear in larger groups in MCBE
- The undead now inflict double the damage
- There is a 10% chance that one of the corpses will move at an extremely fast pace
