The mod “Nightmare Difficulty (Ночной Кошмар)” is a recreation of the well-known Minecraft plugin. It enhances the visual appearance of mobs, introduces a new mechanic—tripping, and significantly increases the damage dealt by lava to the point where contact with it will instantly eliminate you. The objective of the game is to defeat the Ender Dragon while playing on the highest difficulty level.

- Pillagers spawn in place of pigs.
- All creepers are charged.
- Zombie villagers inflict infinite damage that can break any armor type.
- Drowned mobs appear with tridents.
- Both zombies and skeletons spawn as infants.
- All undead can thrive under sunlight without issue.
- Pillagers shoot powerful fire arrows.
- Skeletons and strays also launch strong fireballs.
- You cannot sleep throughout the entire night.
- When using tools or weapons, they may randomly break.
- Occasionally, you will trip.
- Piglins will be replaced by piglin beasts.
- Lava kills you instantly.
- The fire does not extinguish naturally; it spreads beneath you.
- Wither skeletons possess double the health and wield iron swords.
- Ghasts, blazes, endermen, and spiders will become invisible.
- You can drown instantly.
- Ice lifts you into the air.
- Eating bread grants you a slowness effect for 1.5 minutes.
- You will turn vegetarian, and any type of meat will poison you.
- When taking damage from a player, silverfish will start to multiply.
- The Ender Dragon’s health will increase from 200 to 1200.
- The Wither’s health will rise from 800 to 1200.
- Bats spread a deadly virus.
Installing Nightmare Difficulty (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the add-on/texture into Minecraft.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Add-on Packs for your world. - Select the imported resource packs/add-ons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world Minecraft, and enjoy the add-on!
Installing Nightmare Difficulty (.zip)
- Download the mod provided below.
- Extract the folder named “Nightmare Difficulty” from the archive.
- Move the “Nightmare Difficulty” folder to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ directory.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or modify an existing one.
- Apply the addon that you previously moved to the behavior_packs folder for your selected world.
- All set! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your game!
