Do you often confuse your friends in Minecraft PE while playing online? We present to you the mod “Nameable Players” for Minecraft Pocket Edition, which will eliminate that issue, as it allows you to use a name tag not only on animals but also on players! The tag functions just like those used for renaming cows, sheep, and others; the only difference is that now you can assign a name to a player! This can be quite amusing if you want to give your friend a funny nickname!
Be polite to your friends in the world of Minecraft Pocket Edition
How does it work?
As usual, you’ll need to rename the tag with the desired nickname. To do this, utilize the anvil in Minecraft Pocket Edition. In this instance, I chose to label the tag “Grandpa.” Also, remember that using a name tag in MCPE requires 1 experience level.
Once you’ve come up with a nickname for your target and written it on the tag, you need to apply the tag to your intended recipient. How do you do this? Simply long-press on the target and then click the “Name” button. (Use right-click for Windows 10):
However, names are not permanent, no matter how odd that may sound. The nickname will remain until the player exits the Minecraft Pocket Edition world. Once the server shuts down, all names in MCPE will reset.
