More Mounts

Mod called “More Mounts” adds two new mobs to Minecraft and changes the characteristics of some classic mobs.

What’s New?

The number of rideable mobs is expanding – now you can ride a chicken and a wolf. If you want to ride with a friend, use a horse because it can now carry two players at once. You can ride chickens, but they are not suitable as transportation due to their very slow speed. The author tried to change this, but unfortunately, he couldn’t. To make the chickens look more realistic when you ride them, their size has been slightly increased. Now because of this, chickens can attack sheep. Chickens will also follow commands if you name them after a specific item as a reference to YouTube. As for wolves, they are much faster than chickens, making them convenient for traveling across plains or deserts. However, you cannot travel on them in hilly terrain in Minecraft Bedrock because they cannot jump. When they come into contact with water, the same command is triggered as with horses: you automatically dismount from the wolf.

Installation of More Mounts (.mcpack)

• Download the mod labeled as “.mcpack” below.
• Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into Minecraft.
• Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to the world settings.
• Install the imported resources for the world:
  — Resource packs.
  — Add-on packs.
• Select the imported resource packs/add-ons in each section.
• We recommend restarting the game client Minecraft PE after this step.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world in Minecraft and enjoy the addon!
