Get the Maps You Want with Ease
This mod introduces a convenient command that enables you to transform any map—whether it’s currently filled with data or completely empty—into a specified map ID of your choice. While the vanilla game does offer a similar capability through data commands, it is notably more intricate and requires elevated permissions that not all players possess.
This feature is particularly handy when utilizing multiworld mods, such as Combinedworld. If you’ve meticulously designed a map decoration in one world, there’s no need to recreate it from scratch in another environment. Additionally, if any maps have been misplaced, you can now navigate through all available IDs to recover them, albeit this method can be quite challenging.
To use the mod, simply hold a map—either filled or empty—in your main hand, input the designated command, and watch as it seamlessly converts into the map you specified. It’s crucial to ensure you know the exact map ID you aim to obtain.
