Mod “Jimbo’s Totem” introduces interactive totems that replace some of the existing mobs in Minecraft PE. These totems are entities within MCPE designed to assist players through various means, either by healing them or eliminating hostile mobs. They prove to be quite beneficial as they will exist throughout the worlds of Minecraft PE, providing support to players. For instance, you can place them around your base for added protection.
How Does It Work?
Two new creatures – the totems, take the place of the Iron Golem (Fire Totem) and Snow Golem (Healing Totem) in MCPE.
Since they replace golems, you can create each type of totem by constructing a specific structure in Minecraft Pocket Edition. (Place a carved pumpkin on top of each structure shown below.)
Totem Behavior
- Fire Totem
- Replaces the snow golem
- Shoots fireballs at hostile mobs
- Health: 50
- Immune to fire
- Knockback resistance: 100
- Healing Totem
- Replaces the Iron Golem
- Shoots snowballs at players, granting regeneration effects
- Health: 50
- Knockback resistance: 100
