Features

Shotgun (replaces the fishing rod): A combat weapon capable of targeting single entities within Minecraft Pocket Edition. Attack damage: 50 points.

RPG (replaces the bow): This weapon boasts exceptional power, allowing you to witness its explosive capabilities firsthand by launching projectiles (which replace arrows). Currently, it is the most potent weapon causing explosions in MCPE.

Fire Grenade (replaces the snowball): This type of grenade is perfect for dealing with groups of mobs. Imagine being chased by a horde of zombies; a fire grenade would be just what you need!

Grenade (replaces the egg): A standard grenade that creates an explosion and destroys blocks within a certain radius.

Soldiers (replace skeletons): Dressed in military attire, they roam the world of Minecraft PE armed with shotguns. If you get too close, they will likely attack! However, if you have an RPG on hand, try taming the soldier with it, and he might just work for you!

Land Mine (replaces creepers): A land mine that detonates when a player is within 1.5 blocks of it. The mine only explodes if the player is in survival mode in Minecraft PE.

The following mobs will also explode: cows, pigs, rabbits, and monsters (and, of course, players)

Turret (replaces iron golem): You can build a turret using four iron blocks and a pumpkin. (This works exactly like spawning an iron golem.) The turret remains fixed in one position and will shoot at any hostile mobs within a 35-block radius. Health: 50 hearts

Tank (replaces the wither skeleton): You can spawn one in the regular world using a spawn egg. Before you can drive it, you’ll need to fuel it with coal. Coal acts as fuel and lasts for 3 minutes before needing a refill. While sitting in the tank, you can hold a key to control its direction.

• Can be driven (refuel with coal, then steer using the tank key)

• Solid object (similar to a minecart)

Mechanical Mob (Cadaver): To ride it, you first need to refuel it with coal. Once done, a Ride button will appear, allowing you to mount it. It needs to be refueled again after 3 minutes.

• Refuels with coal every 3 minutes
• 27 inventory slots
• Can jump like a horse (15 blocks high)
• Fire resistant
• Health: 25 hearts
• No fall damage
• 100% bounce resistance
• Composite
• Attacks enemy mobs with melee attacks (attack damage: +20)
• Speed: 0.28
• Spawns in desert biomes, replacing cadavers

Binoculars (Custom Item): Binoculars allow you to view distant objects. They drop from skeletons with a very low chance (0.025). You can also use the following command to obtain the item: /give @p yellow_flower 64 1

Hold the binoculars and crouch to activate zoom functionality. You cannot walk or move while the binocular zoom is active.

Installing Jimbo’s Modern Weapons (.mcpack)

• Download the mod labeled “.mcpack” below.
• Run the downloaded file to import the add-on/texture into MCPE.
• Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to world settings.
• Set the imported:
  — Resource Packs.
  — Add-ons.
• Select the imported resource packs/add-ons in each section.
• It is recommended to restart the game client Minecraft PE afterward.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the add-on!
