How to Spawn the Mob?
To summon the Indominus Rex into your world, you’ll need 4 iron blocks and one pumpkin from the Minecraft Pocket Edition. The new dinosaur replaces the iron golem, so the spawning method remains unchanged.
Once you place the last block – the pumpkin on top of the iron blocks, the dinosaur will immediately spawn in the Minecraft Pocket Edition world.

Installing Indominus Rex (.mcpack)
- Download the mod marked as “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Resource Packs for the world.
— Addons for the world. - Select the imported resource packs/addon in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the game client Minecraft PE after this.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
Installing Indominus Rex (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract two folders from the archive.
- Move the folder “Indominus Rex Behavior Pack” to the directory /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/
- Move the folder “Indominus Rex Resource Pack” to the directory /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Assign the selected world the resource pack and addon that you moved earlier to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders.
- Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy playing!
