The Hollowing Demise mod introduces a captivating new mechanic for character attrition: upon death, players become “hollows.” As hollows, users now feature an essence meter replacing the conventional hunger bar. This essence can be accumulated by gaining experience points, which can be expended for health regeneration similar to the mechanics found in Hollow Knight. In addition, hollows have the ability to convert essence into ghost form, allowing them to dodge threats effectively. When not in ghostly state, hollows ignite when exposed to sunlight. The default command for this transformation is [G].
