Is your Minecraft character lacking health? The mod titled Heart Containers introduces containers that allow you to store heart reserves.
By defeating mobs, you’ll collect heart fragments that can be utilized for healing your character. You can regenerate 1 health point per second; if you don’t need immediate health restoration, simply place the heart in a container. A new Heart Container X unlocks upon defeating the Wither. Currently, there are 7 items available:
- Heart Fragment. Dropped by mobs upon death, it provides regeneration of 1 every second.
- Heart Container 1. Provides 2 extra hearts. To craft this item, arrange 8 heart fragments around a golden apple in the crafting grid. By placing 4 Container 1s on the crafting table, you will create Container 2.
- Heart Container 2. Provides 4 extra hearts. By placing 4 container 2 items on a crafting table, you will create container 3.
- Heart Container 3. Provides an extra 6 hearts. By placing 4 container 3s on the crafting table, you will create a container 4.
- Heart Container 4. Provides an extra 8 hearts. By placing 4 container 4s on the crafting table, you will create a container 5.
- Heart Container 5. Provides an extra 10 hearts.
- Heart Container X. Provides an extra 20 hearts. You can obtain it by defeating one of the bosses in Minecraft — the Wither.
When your character dies, all extra hearts will be lost.
