What is GlowFeatures?
GlowFeatures is an exciting mod that revamps the glowstone element entirely. It introduces new crafting recipes, additional creatures, an innovative biome, and much more for players to explore!

This mod allows you to craft several new items, including:
- Glowstone Pickaxe
- Glowstone Sword
- Glowstone Axe
- Plus, glowstone armor!
- More tools will be available soon!
New Creatures:
Meet the “Glumble”, a creature that remains friendly unless attacked. Beware: if threatened, it will summon help to defend itself, so approach with caution!
Note: The shadow size issue will be addressed in future updates.
Explore New Biomes!
This mod features two new biomes: The Glow Biome and the GlowFlats. The Glow Biome is rich in ores and caves, but keep in mind that some shaders may not function perfectly in this environment. Based on experience, the Iris + BSL combination works quite well, but for optimal experience, it’s best to play without shaders!
The Glow Flats showcase abandoned mineshafts and breathtaking caverns. Currently, only glowstone ore seems to spawn here, but enhancements are on the way!

A New Dimension Awaits:
You’ll need to uncover the secrets of this new dimension yourself. To access it, smelt glowstone dust into glowstone ingots. These can then be crafted into blocks of glowstone, similar to how iron blocks are made. Form a portal frame with the glowstone blocks and activate it using a bottle of glowstone dust, which you can create by combining a bottle with glowstone dust on a crafting table in either order.
Bug Fixes:
- Resolved an issue where glowstone blocks did not drop the correct items.
