Do you always manage to hit the small slot where your desired item in Minecraft PE is located? I believe it doesn’t always happen on the first try, which is why today we invite you to download the mod “Fast Change Button (Quick Slot Switch)” for Minecraft Pocket Edition. This mod will introduce two new buttons into the game’s interface, allowing you to switch between adjacent slots with ease. After a few hours of gameplay using this mod for MCPE, you’ll likely get accustomed to these buttons, and they will assist you during PvP encounters or when you urgently need to change slots!
How does quick slot switching work?
Once you install this add-on for Minecraft Pocket Edition, two new buttons will appear at the bottom right corner of your screen. You can use them to control the activation of the desired slot.

Installing Fast Change Button (.mcpack)
- Download the mod marked as “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the add-on/texture into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Add-on Packs for your world. - Select the imported resource packs/add-ons in each section.
- It’s recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the add-on!
Installing Fast Change Button (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the “fast-change-button” folder from the archive.
- Move the “fast-change-button” folder to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ directory.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Apply the add-on that you moved to the behavior_packs folder for the selected world.
- All set! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy playing!
