A truly straightforward and clean mod called Enderman Pet allows you to tame an Enderman and keep it as a loyal companion in the world of Minecraft PE. It will behave just like a regular Enderman, except it won’t attack you; instead, it will protect you until the very end.
How does it work?
You can tame an Enderman by giving it a bow. However, you need to be cautious, as wild Endermen remain hostile towards you in MCPE. One advantage to note is that if you wear a pumpkin as a helmet, you can look at the Enderman and approach it without it attacking you.
Keep in mind that you cannot tame an Enderman if you have already provoked it. Therefore, it is crucial to avoid making eye contact with them. Once you have tamed it in Minecraft PE, you can look at it freely.
- iOS / Android: Hold the bow in your hand, long-press on the Enderman, and tap Tame to tame it.
- Windows 10: Right-click on the Enderman while holding the bow to tame it.
A tamed Enderman will fight for you, but only against targets you have attacked or those that have attacked you in Minecraft Pocket Edition. If your Enderman pet gets hurt, feed it dirt to heal it in MCPE.
