📦 Ender Lead
Ender Lead is a lightweight modification for Minecraft that introduces a single, versatile item: the Ender Lead. This mod draws inspiration from the version available in Apotheosis but is presented here as a simple, standalone option.
✨ Features
Introduce a new item: the Ender Lead, which enables players to capture and store any entity, expanding beyond just animals, for later release.
Capture Mechanics:
- By left-clicking on an entity with the Ender Lead, players can capture it within the item.
- Compatible with nearly all entities, including mobs, villagers, and even those added by other mods.
- Upon capturing an entity, it is removed from the environment and stored in the item’s NBT data.
Release Mechanics:
- By right-clicking on a block while holding a stored entity, players can spawn it at the chosen location.
- Each release diminishes the durability of the item by one point (maximum durability: 15 uses).
Additional Features:
- The tooltip of the item dynamically shows the name of the captured entity.
- The item emits a glow when it has an entity stored within it (foiling effect).
- Capturing or releasing an entity triggers the Enderman teleport sound effect.
