Using the mod “Elephants and Mammoths“, you can introduce magnificent elephants and mammoths into your Minecraft Bedrock game. This add-on is compatible exclusively with the beta version of Minecraft 1.8 in experimental mode, as this version allows for the addition of new identifiers, enabling new entities without altering existing ones!
How does it work?
African Elephants / Asian Elephants
Elephants can be found solely in the savanna biome, but it’s easier to use a spawn egg available in the creative inventory of Minecraft. You can tame an elephant using sugar.
Once tamed, the elephant will follow you and protect you from monsters. You can also ride the elephant and control it similarly to how you would with a horse.
General Features
- Wild
- Health: 50
- Attack Damage: 5
- They consume sugar or apples.
- Tamed

Mammoths
Mammoths can only be found in icy biomes, or you can use a spawn egg similar to elephants.
If you tame a mammoth in Minecraft Bedrock, it will follow you and defend against monsters. You can also ride it and control it like you would a horse.
