PlayerXP Overview
Gain experience points from your battles alongside your Pokémon. This mod is compatible with both client and server installations, but it only needs to be set up on the server side for multiplayer experiences.
Key Features
The PlayerXP mod is designed to reward players with experience levels for their Pokémon battles. This feature is crucial, especially when playing Cobblemon in environments without mob spawns, as the primary source of XP would otherwise be limited to trades with villagers.
Configuration Options
The configuration file can be found at: config/playerxp/playerxp.json. Here are the options you can customize:
shouldGiveLevels
– true / false – defines whether to grant levels instead of traditional XP.baseXP
– Specifies the amount of experience points to grant to the player for each level their Pokémon achieves.baseLevels
– Indicates how many levels should be awarded to the player for each Pokémon level ifshouldGiveLevels
is set to true.
