The chitin shell can now be obtained from both regular spiders and cave spiders, allowing players to craft swords, tools, and armor using this new resource.
Overview of the Mod
Players are presented with a 50% drop rate for chitin shells when defeating spiders and cave spiders. This exciting addition allows for the creation of equipment with abilities that fall between those of stone and iron items, while offering durability levels that are more in line with iron gear.
This modification was initially conceived for my personal modpack, aiming to enhance gameplay through specific integrations. However, I decided to develop a public version to share the experience with all Minecraft players.
