With the Better Parkour mod, mini-games and various parkour maps in Minecraft Bedrock Edition will become significantly more engaging in terms of gameplay. The mod introduces new features for jumping.
Features of the Better Parkour Mod
With the Better Parkour mod, players of Minecraft Bedrock Edition will gain access to:
- Death counters
- Timers
- Checkpoints.
To get the mod functioning in Minecraft, type the command /function start in the console – all elements will appear except for the timer. For the timer, use the command /function timer). Next, you need to acquire a command block – /function parkour. Place it as usual for loading and set it to repeat continuously. If the map in Minecraft PE is large-scale, we recommend entering the command /tickingarea add circle ~ ~ ~ 4 commandblock to expand the working area. Enjoy your game!
Installing Better parkour (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into Minecraft.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to the world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Resource Packs for the world.
— Add-on Packs. - Select the imported resource packs/add-ons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world in Minecraft, and enjoy the addon!
