Overview of Balanced Inventory
Balanced Minecraft is a vanilla+ initiative designed to enhance lesser-utilized survival mechanics, making them as engaging as more favored gameplay routes. This mod aims to offer a fresh and stimulating survival experience, adding complexity while making the journey toward progression all the more rewarding. The Balanced Inventory mod emphasizes the enhancement of inventory space and introduces quality-of-life improvements for managing your inventory.

Configuration Settings
Clientside Configuration: Use the file balancedinventory-client.json to customize your settings:
showToolHotbar: Displays the extended hotbar on your HUD (default:true)scrollToToolHotbar: Access the extended hotbar via the scroll wheel (default:true)autoSelectTools: Automatically chooses the most suitable tool when mining (default:false)autoReturnOnUse: Returns to your previous selected slot after using an item (default:false)autoReturnAfterCooldown: Automatically switches back to the last selected slot after a cooldown (default:false)autoReturnCooldown: Sets the number of ticks before returning to the selected slot (default:40)
Clientside settings modifications can be performed via the Mod Menu.
Serverside (or Singleplayer) Configuration: Edit balancedinventory.json for server settings:
restrictExtendedInventoryToEquipment: Limits the extended inventory to equipment (damaged items), which does not affect the hotbar (default:true)
Note that clients cannot apply their configurations on servers; however, discrepancies in configurations may lead to visual inconsistencies.
Required Dependencies
