Flatlands Survival Map

“Flatlands Survival” is a fresh map of the SkyBlock type in Minecraft. In fact, it can be considered an enhanced version since it features additional challenges and tasks that fall outside the typical SkyBlock category. You start on a 128×128 block field, with 77 blocks above you, surrounded by nothing but endless plains. Below lies a system of ores, several caves, dungeons, and even an end portal. In each corner of this world, there are small renewable resources like trees and sugar cane. At a depth of 20 down the Y coordinate, the amount of ores is limited, so be extremely cautious with your ore usage as they are finite.

The map operates under a progression system, meaning you cannot simply descend into a cave and gather enough iron for a full set of armor in one night like you can in the regular world of Minecraft. Everything is much more challenging here, and while achieving your goals is possible, you’ll need a strategy and careful resource management.

 

Once you’ve mined the designated amount of ore, you’ll have to wait some time before you can extract that material again. To spawn iron golems, you must expand your village significantly, as there’s no other way to acquire such a large quantity of iron.

Speaking of villages, you might find it intriguing to learn more about them. The villagers are your sole source for tools and armor made from ores that are quite scarce in this world. If you establish a well-developed village, soon items like diamond tools, diamond armor, and much more will become renewable resources.

 

Unfortunately, there are no villagers left on the plains, so curing zombie villagers will be your only option. To heal these villagers, you’ll need to venture into the Void to gather potions, which is a very perilous place, requiring you to devise a plan and prepare the necessary materials.

 

Ultimately, you will discover that you are strong enough to reach the End or confront mobs such as Withers… perhaps even uncover some treasure deep within the void.

Ultimately, this is your universe, and you have the freedom to do anything within it. You are not confined to the piece of land where you begin. Surrounding you is an endless blank canvas, and you can create whatever you desire!

Installing the Flatlands Survival Map (.mcworld)

• Download the map labeled as “.mcworld” below.
• Open the downloaded file to import the map into Minecraft.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, then select the imported world.
