On the map titled 5 Cool Auto Smelters, five impressive automated furnaces have been constructed for processing specific materials. Although all these devices serve the same purpose—smelting—they each feature unique designs. Each mechanism boasts varying levels of efficiency and comes with a stunning display alongside the device itself, allowing you to closely examine how it operates. Once you’ve explored these mechanisms, you’ll be equipped to build one in your future worlds.

Overview of Mechanisms

As mentioned earlier, the map showcases five distinct creations. In front of each creation stands a house that contains the corresponding mechanism. The creator aimed to demonstrate the compactness of their designs as well as provide an example of how to conceal such large machines behind aesthetically pleasing structures.

Compact Automatic Smelting: The first furnace is the most basic. Simply place raw meat and coal into designated chests to start cooking.

100% Control: This factory is the most advanced. Place raw meat in the top chest and coal in the middle chest. Then, toggle the levers to activate each part of the mechanism individually.

Simple Automatic Smelting: As soon as an item is placed in the chest, it will automatically transfer to the furnaces via a hopper. This is one of the most efficient ways to process items.

Item Sorter: Drop items onto the carpet, and they will be automatically sorted into chests.

Super Smelting:

This is the fastest smelting machine available. It can utilize five furnaces simultaneously.
