Disables command capitalization.
Ever fat-fingered `/K1` with a capital letter and gotten no kit? NoCaps forces every command name you send to lowercase before it reaches the server — no more silent failures from stray caps lock or autocorrect.
## Features
– Lowercases the command name automatically, every time
– Leaves arguments untouched (player names, coordinates, etc. are sent exactly as typed)
