What’s New in Minecraft Bedrock 1.20.40.23

Players can now fall into powder snow from a height of just over two blocks, even while wearing leather boots. This change affects all entities in the Trails & Tales Update, not just the player in Minecraft Pocket Edition. Additionally, the positioning of water particles has been fixed. Here’s what has been addressed this week:

• Water splash effects for Android OS
• Textures of the cauldron
• Bug causing damage from falling onto powder snow
• Goat horns
• Crashes when other mobs move in front of the player
• Spawning of unnecessary light sources
• Fishing rods
• Scents
• Water blocks in MCPE
• Hero’s left-hand slot
