The latest beta version Minecraft PE 1.16.210.58 includes a significant number of fixes:

Corrected the map “Dragons,” available for purchase in the Store;
Resolved the issue causing crashes in MCPE from the achievements screen when using low anti-aliasing;
Fixed the growth of plants;
Addressed the problem of item usage in survival mode when breaking blocks;
Corrected the textures of seaweed – they now appear as intended;
Fixed the accumulation of snow on blocks;

corrected the issue of players “taking off” from the explosive block underwater;
resolved the achievement bug in MCBE that prevented translations;
removed the bug that caused friends to not display correctly across platforms;
fixed the problem of not receiving rewards for achievements when changing language packs;
added updated links to the bug tracker and the official website;
spawn eggs for creatures now appear in the hero’s hands with the correct textures;
eliminated screen flickering when resizing in Minecraft BE;
entities no longer load in custom biome settings;
fixed several component variables.
