A new beta release of Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.13.0 build 2 has been launched. In this update, Mojang has addressed numerous bugs that were present in 0.13.0 build 1. Villagers can now open any type of door on their own. Additionally, the world no longer flickers when too many chunks are loaded, which is quite significant. Changes:

Obsidian

• Now mined more slowly, similar to the PC version.

Minecart

• Can be stacked.

Villagers

• Can now open all types of doors.

Bug Fixes:

• The world no longer flickers when too many chunks are loaded.
• Fixed an issue where it was night in the village and you were holding a non-oak door.
• Corrected the movement of solid objects in first-person view.
• Monsters no longer disappear after passing through the Nether portal.
• Removed unnecessary crafting recipes for the tripwire hook.
• Redstone now receives power only from below.
• Doors now close properly when the block beneath them is destroyed.
• Mobs no longer immediately return to the minecart after being pushed out by powered rails.
• The ocelot’s head no longer disappears.
• The red block has received the correct translation of its name.
• Fixed item duplication in the anvil.
• Resolved some oddities with redstone that are too complex to explain.
• Corrected a corrupted image on the language selection screen.
