The first official series based on the cult gaming universe Fallout transports viewers to a world that has survived the nuclear catastrophe of 2077. More than two centuries later, the United States has turned into a radioactive wasteland where the high technologies of the past coexist with the brutal laws of survival.

The story follows three key characters: Lucy MacLain, who grew up in an isolated shelter; Maximus, a recruit of the militarized order of the Brotherhood of Steel; and Cooper Howard — a mutant bounty hunter. Their paths intersect in a devastated world full of dangers, strange communities, and moral compromises.

The season combines dark satire, retrofuturism, and elements of the western genre, while preserving the spirit of the original games. The project offers a grand cinematic reimagining of the Fallout universe, emphasizing characters, dark humor, and the contrast between the past and present of the Wasteland.
