– Added the “Demon” or “Hollow”:
– When a player dies, they automatically enter this state.
– Hollows have an essence meter instead of a hunger bar.
– Essence is gained by collecting experience orbs.
– Hollows can hold [R] to heal using 1 notch of essence.
– Sunlight burns away a hollow’s essence and sets them on fire at 0 essence.
– Hollows cannot gain levels.
– Added ethereal state:
– A Hollow can hold [G] to become intangible using half a notch of essence.
– Ethereal players have limited flight and cannot interact with the world.
– Ethereal players are ignored by mobs.
– Ethereal players lose essence over time.
– Added daytime sleeping for all players.
– Added almarite ore:
– Drops 3-5 almarite shards.
– Almarite shards can be consumed to gain 20 XP.
– Added totem of restoration:
– Crafted from gold and almarite.
– Returns a hollow to its living state. Single use.
– Added infernal scroll:
– Crafted from paper, ink, and a variety of nether materials.
– Allows hardcore players to become hollows.
– Stores a player’s experience when becoming hollow.
