The latest update Minecraft PE 1.2.0.22 build 7 has been released for Android. The tweaks include a modification to the sound of the creeper explosion and adjustments to the transparency of leaves. Additionally, several bugs have been fixed in Minecraft 1.2.0:

• Enhanced the recipe book search feature in the creative mode.
• Improved item crafting from mobile devices.
• In MCPE 1.2.0.22 on Android, if you attempt to place an item in an invalid location, the selection will be canceled.
• Fixed the recipe book search, now all recipes will be displayed, not just those available in Minecraft PE!
• Corrected icons and navigation in the “How to Play” section.
• Resolved crashes in Minecraft Pocket Edition 1.2.0.22 when changing texture packs.
• Mob damage will now be calculated based on the difficulty level!
• Fixed the textures of the portal in the End dimension.
• Restored the speed of iron pickaxes to the standard level.
• In version 1.2.0.22 for Android, boats will move faster on ice.
• The music pack will no longer cause game crashes.
• Added the appearance of squids in the oceans!
• The creeper now starts hissing earlier and explodes with less force in build 7.
