The beta version of Minecraft PE 1.0.6 has been released. Shortly before this, the version Minecraft Pocket Edition 1.0.5 was launched, which introduced command blocks and several console commands.

Fixes in MCPE 1.0.6

• The developers have fixed a bug that occurred when changing the storage location of a resource pack while it was active in the settings.
• The cancel button has been corrected and now displays properly at all times.
• The pumpkin-headed snow golem’s head now scales correctly.
• Arrows launched from dispensers will accurately hit their targets in Minecraft PE 1.0.6 on Android.
• Blocks destroyed by the Wither are now displayed correctly.
• Small mobs (baby mobs) now produce sounds.

• In version 1.0.6 of MSP, the linkage of the change log and internal messages has been updated, making them independent of the version
• Slimes now jump correctly in Minecraft 1.0.6 on Android
