The Minecraft 1.1.4 update was released on July 20, 2017. While many fans of the game were not particularly thrilled about the update, it did address several bugs, which is a positive aspect.

• There was an issue where Minecraft experienced lag when using resource packs, which has been resolved in version 1.1.4.
• A number of crashes and errors during the launch of MCPE have also been fixed, ensuring everything runs smoothly now.
• The game no longer crashes when loading a world while holding a clock or compass.

In addition to these fixes, the developers have introduced some new content in the marketplace. Once you download Minecraft PE 1.1.4, you’ll find a new skin pack called Battle & Beasts, a pet skin from Imagiverse, and a Cyber Space skin from Irish. It remains unclear if there are any more significant changes in Minecraft Pocket Edition 1.1.4 for Android, but based on previous update trends in version 1.1, it seems likely that this is all for now.
